Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting (1-2hours).

While waiting, In a large bowl, beat together the butter and powdered icing sugar for 2-3 minutes, then add the Peanut Butter. Beat to mix well together, then add the milk as needed.

Swirl the frosting onto the cupcakes to form a thick line starting from the inside and working your way to finish along the outside.

  • Frosting Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Butter, softened
  • 4 cups Powdered Icing Sugar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Milk

Instructions
