How do you do the 21 Day Fix meal plan?

Aside from weight loss, you can also use the 21 Day Fix program to maintain or gain weight. And to start with the meal plan, you have to calculate your calorie needs first.

Get your current weight in pounds and multiply it by 11 to get your Caloric Baseline. Once you’ve got your caloric baseline, add 400 (the fixed workout calorie burn) to get your Caloric Needs to maintain your weight.

If you’re aiming to lose weight subtract 750 (the caloric deficit) to get your Caloric Target. On the other hand, if you’re trying to gain weight, add 750 instead of subtracting.

The final result of this equation will determine your plan and the number of servings of each color coded container you can consume per day. However, Beachbody reminds dieters not to consume less than 1,200 calories (for those who want to lose weight) or more than 2,300 calories (for those who want to gain weight) per day.

Can you have pasta on 21 Day Fix?

Yes! But of course, since you’ve decided to clean up your diet, you have to use healthier kinds of pasta instead of the traditional pasta made with flour.

According to Beachbody, some of the healthy kinds of pasta and alternative noodle options that you can try using for 21 Day Fix dinners include whole wheat noodles, chickpea pasta, vegetable noodles, shirataki noodles, rice noodles, and kelp noodles.
