  • 7 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 14 Mini Pastry or Pie Shells*
  • 14 Mini Fresh Mozzarella Balls
  • 14 Basil Leaves
  • 7 tsp Balsamic Vinaigrette


    1. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
    2. Place a fresh mozzarella ball into each shell or crust.
    3. Then add a cherry tomato half & a basil leaf.
    4. Drizzle with 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinaigrette.

    How does one mozzarella ball, half a cherry tomato, a mini pastry shell and a tsp of balsamic vinaigrette come out to 407 calories??? I calculate each bite at about 90 calories!

    Nutrition calculations are a courtesy and not guaranteed accurate. I assume the computer doesn't know how to calculate small mozzarella balls and is calculating them as full size. That's why it's important to always do your own calculations. Thanks!
